Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders from My Training In Fitness Healing (MTIFH) are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

SHIPPING

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. MTIFH is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, MTIFH is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact MTIFH as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and assist you.
